Staff
Per the contract between the Springlake Fire Protection District and the Cities of Davis and Woodland, the City of Woodland Fire Department provides all administrative services for the Springlake Fire Protection District. Staff from the Woodland Fire Department serve in the capacity of Board Clerk and the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, attends all Board meetings in the capacity of Chief or General Manager . However, the fire chiefs of both the City of Davis and the City of Woodland maintain primary control over operational decisions made within their respective areas of the District.

The Cities of Davis and Woodland are also contracted to provide review of building plans for construction of new or existing commercial and residential structures within their respective areas of the District. If Directed by the Yolo County Department of Community Services, Building Division to submit plans for review, please contact the Fire Marshall responsible for that district area.
